We are delighted to share that Mrs Nicolas kindly visited the class on Thursday 29th January to talk to the children about the gestational periods of dogs and humans. Her family had recently welcomed a litter of puppies, and she brought them in so the children could learn about the differences between animal and human development. As a practising midwife, Mrs Nicolas was able to offer the children an engaging and age‑appropriate comparison of how humans and animals grow.
